Applications for Discovery and Development
Our approach finds patient subgroups with similar molecular signatures and identifies the most relevant genes driving disease biology. Data Networks created from this process generate insights that allow researchers to accelerate drug discovery and development and increase the odds of technical and regulatory success.
- Target Identification and Validation: Cluster similar patients based on multi-omics data, identifying those patients that have the same molecular subtype, and identify which genes are responsible for disease biology.
- Clinical Trial Optimization: Identify predictive endpoints, biomarkers, and high-responder patient populations using past and public trial data sets to optimize clinical trials for safety and efficacy.
